Position Type: Part-time (15 hours per week) including 3 Sunday mornings and 2 Wednesday evenings per month and to officiate at some funerals. We are not limiting applicants to only those who are on the roster. We welcome applicants with experience in counseling, therapy, or related fields.
Salary: Starting at $20,000 per year, to be negotiated upon experience.

This position requires a compassionate, empathetic individual who can offer support, guidance, and comfort to our members during times of joy, sorrow, and every moment in between. As the Congregational Care Minister, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing pastoral care, overseeing support groups, and visiting those in need, whether they are homebound, hospitalized, or facing significant life challenges. Your role will also include working closely with other church staff to ensure a cohesive approach to caring for our congregation and fostering a supportive, inclusive, and spiritually enriching environment.
